TERMS OF PURCHASE/LEGAL AGREEMENT:
- Purchase of one (1) SERVICE PLAN for Type II Chronosport UDT Watch.
- This plan is ONLY available to individuals who have previously purchased one of our fully restored UDT Type II watchs (available for sale on this website).
- This plan ONLY pays for battery changes, new crystals and pressure testing (covered items) for the lifetime of your ownership of your restored UDT, exclusive of shipping and insurace. The plan does NOT pay for repair to covered items if the damage to the battery and/or the crystal were caused by abuse, neglect, shock, tampering (unauthorized repair attempts), and/or water damage.
- The plan does NOT cover or pay for service to the movement, replacement of crowns, pushes, straps, bracelets, gaskets, movement parts, dials and/or hands. UDT Limited Warranty also does not cover these case parts, only defects in materials and/or workmanship.
- This service plan MUST be purchased within 30 days of the purchase of one of our restored UDTs.
- This plan is non-transferable.
- Purchase of this service plan is non-refundable.
- Your purchase of this service plan signifies your full and complete agreement our terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions that also appear in this shopping cart and on our website at www.bestfixwatch.com.
