Ship To Change Order
If you desire us to ship your watch to a different address than the one you specified on your Shipping/Repair Authorization form, we can only do so provided that you complete all of the following.
1. Pay the STCO fee in this shopping cart.
2. Complete the STCO form (automatically emailed to you AFTER you complete this purchase) and fax, email-attach and/or mail the completed form to us.
LEGAL NOTICE Concerning Shipping Your Watch To You:
If your watch has already been shipped to the address YOU specified on your original Shipping/Repair Authorization form, then paying this fee will result in our attempt to file a mail recall request form with the shipping carrier (USPS). Be advised, the shipping carrier may NOT be able to recall the mail and ship it back to us.
It is YOUR responsibility to control the MAIL that is being sent to YOU at YOUR address, and NOT our responsibility.
If your watch has not yet shipped, then we will send the watch to the new address YOU specify to us in writing on the STCO form.
Maximum insurance for your return watch will ONLY be for the amount YOU indicated on the original Shipping/Repair Authorization form. If NO insurance value was declared on the original Shipping/Repair Authorization form by you, OR NO form was sent with the watch, the maximum insurance value will be $100. BestFix Watch Company assumes no liability for the watch during its return shipment to the sender, and the purchasing of this STCO fee signifies complete understanding and acceptance of these terms. We will NOT ship to Puerto Rico, or outside the US unless to an APO address.
