Watch Gift-box Return Fee
Our policy on watch-gift boxes, which is the box your watch came in when you purchased it new, is posted on our website and on the terms and conditions of repair, accepted by our customers prior to (before) sending in your watch for repair.
Unfortunately, some customers do not read the terms and conditions, and are surprised to find out that we discard gift boxes for the following reasons:
1. We have no place to store the boxes (they would take up too much room in our safe);
2. Shipping your watch in this box offers poor shock protection for the watch;
3. If the watch is pilfered during shipment, it is more likely to be stolen.
If you have contacted us prior to us discarding the box, and wish us to return it under separate shipment, the cost is $15.
