Regular Estimate Charge

This is the correct level estimate for your watch if you value it at $500 or less. A detailed diagnosis will be performed, and you will be advised of the cost to repair the watch. If you decide to have the repair performed and pay for the repair, your estimate charge will be applied to the cost of the repair. If you decline the estimate quote, then your estimate fee will pay for our diagnosis and return shipping.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS ESTIMATE LEVEL FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

ATTENTION Gucci Watches - An Advanced Estimate is required regardless of the value you may declare. If you purchase this estimate, you will be invoiced $30 more when we receive your watch at our facility. Gucci watch estimates are $60. No exceptions.
Chronograph or Pocket Watches of any value (quartz or mechanical) - Advanced Estimate required.
ANY Watch over 20 years old - Extensive Estimate required.
A watch valued by you at more than $500, or that you would like us to mail back to you insured for more than $500. If you value your watch at more than $500, you must purchase an Advanced Estimate.

The estimate fee is non-refundable.
We do not estimate or service Replica/Novelty/Fake watches, Russian watches, or watches from customers in Puerto Rico. Any watch sent to us for a prepaid estimate which violates this policy will be returned to the customer, insured for NO value. Estimate fees will not be refunded.
Purchasing this estimate signifies your understanding and full agreement with our terms and conditions which govern your estimate and any repair and/or limited warranty we may perform/offer, and can be accessed HERE.
