Repair quote fees, repair/service charges, watch purchases and all watch parts are non-refundable. All sales are final. Customers who decline service, and who have not prepaid for a repair quote, are charged a repair decline fee based on the value of the watch, as declared by the customer on the shipping & repair authorization form.
Payment by Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards through this secure server hosted shopping/service cart, and charges will appear as originaing from BestFix Watch Company, Inc., as processed through our verified merchant account with Authorize.net.
Payment by Paypal*: We accept payments via our verified Paypal* BUSINESS account through this secure server hosted shopping/service cart subject to additional terms of service regarding repair payments made with Paypal*.
Payment by Check: Checks should be made payable to "Bestfix Watch Company." Personal checks will require ten business days to clear prior to any estimates or repairs being performed. If you wish to pay by check please contact us first as this service cart does not support direct e-check payments.Payment by Money Order: We ONLY accept money orders from the Unitied States Postal Service. If you wish to pay by USPS money order, please contact us first as this service cart does not support direct money order paymnets.
SHIP TO ADDRESS: For your security, we will ONLY ship your watch to the address YOU specify on your Shipping/Repair Authorization form (the form you completed/signed and sent in WITH your watch for the estimate). We do not monitor the "ship to exception" address in this shopping cart, and we do NOT send watches to this address unless it is the SAME address specified by you on the Shipping/Repair Authorization form.
If you would like us to ship your watch to a different address than the one you specified on the Shipping/Repair Authorization form, then you may make this request by utilizing our "Ship To Change Order" (STCO) form. The cost to administratively change the ship to address for your watch is $20. If your watch has not yet shipped, you may purchase the STCO service. Download the STCO form which will be automatically emailed to you after you complete the STCO purchase, and fax or email-attach the signed and dated form back to us with the new address you want to specify.
APO Address Watches - We will NOT be held liable or repsonsible for loss of damage or customs seizure of ANY watch (repaired and/or returned unrepaired) which we ship to an APO address per the customer's request (i.e. outside of the USA). Please be 100% sure you are 100% clear on this BEFORE you send us your watch and request that it be mailed to you at an APO address.
Repairs and/or parts are warranted (guaranteed) for 6 months, 1 - 2 years, or lifetime (certain power cell replacements) from the date of original repair (depending on the warranty period printed on your repair invoice).
Lifetime battery replacement will cover the replacement of the battery when sent under terms by the original purchaser of the qualifying repair, and no additional service will be performed other than replacement of power cell. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs (incoming and outgoing) under this warranty.
The repair warranty extends only to BfW Co's re-attempts of the original repair. Repaired watches that have been opened and/or tampered with will void our warranty.
REPAIR QUOTE FEES - The minimum repair quote fee is either $25 (Kinetic), $24.95, $49.95 or $79.95, depending on the watch type and the customer's declared value. If you accept and pay for the repair quote, this fee is applied to your repair cost. If you decide not to have us repair your watch, the repair quote fee pays for the diagnosis, and to ship the watch back to you, unrepaired.SERVICE DECLINE FEES - If we receive your watch without the a prepaid repair quote fee, and you decline service, you will be required to pay a service decline fee, prior to your watch being returned to you. This fee is based on the same fee structure as the repair quote fees. Watches with 30-days past due charges from unpaid/underpaid service decline fees will be treated as abandoned property.
Failure to accurately complete and submit the BfW Co. shipping form, complete with a working phone number and accurate email address, when mailing in your watch for an estimate or repair will result in a $10 administrative charge being assessed to either the estimate charge or the repair charges.
Notice: All repair invoices not paid within 30 days of invoicing via email will be deemed "repair refused" and watch will be returned, unrepaired, with no refund of estimate fees and no future service allowed.PAYPAL DISPUTES LEGAL NOTICE: Any dispute opened during a repair in progress (before the repair due date as quoted on the customer's original email repair invoice) will result in the watch not being repaired or returned until the Paypal dispute is cancelled by the customer.

Your singed shipping and repair authorization form, and your payment of the repair invoice you will receive AFTER we conduct your repair quote, constitute a legally binding contract. Once you have paid the invoiced repair charges, we will repair your watch per this contract, and the repairs can not be canceled by you.Customer agrees to pay either a repair quote or serivce delcine fee associated with the diagnosis of their watch. Customer understand that prepaid repair quore fees are applied to the balance owed of any quoted service charges, and that return shipping on paid repairs is additional. Customer also acknowledges, understands and agrees to pay a service decline fee if they refuse service on their watch, and have not already paid for a repair quote. Watches with unpaid repair quote fees or service decine fees - past due 30 days - are deemed abandoned property.
We are NOT responsible for articles lost or damaged in transit to or from our facility. If you have hightened concern for the security of your watch during shipment, our website recommends that you ship the watch to us via ONLY USPS Registered Mail, insured for an amount YOU can defend with PROOF of VALUE, that you request USPS Registered Mail return shipment when you complete your Repair Shipping Authorization Form, and that you select USPS Registered Mail when you PAY for your repair in our service cart. USPS Registered Mail is the most secure form of transit for a valuable item.
The insurance value you declare on the Shipping & Repair Authorization form should be for a watch in working condition, and you MUST have PROOF OF VALUE for your watch in the unlikey even that it is damaged or lost in transit to or from our facility. Acceptable forms of PROOF of VALUE may include:- A Dated Sales Receipt for the Watch
- Invoice of Original Purchase of the Watch
- A Credit Card Statement for the Purchase of the Watch
- Other Proof of a Completed Internet Transaction
- A Professional Jeweler's Appraisal of Value of the Watch
The amount you indicate on the Shipping & Repair Authorization Form is for declaration purposes ONLY, and is NOT considered acceptable PROOF of VALUE.
When your watch is mailed back to you we will request and pay for insurance from the United States Postal Service for the amount YOU indicated on the repair/shipping authorization form. This means that, should the watch be lost or damaged in shipment (rare), we will file an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service on your behalf, for the amount you indicated on the Repair Shipping Authorization Form. HOWEVER, the USPS may request PROOF of VALUE (see above). If the USPS requests PROOF of VALUE for your watch, and you are unable to provide acceptable proof of value, the USPS may DENY any insurance claim beyond the amount you paid for repairs.
If you fail to indicate an insurance value on the Repair Shipping Authorization Form by leaving the space of the form BLANK (sent for repair or dropped off for repair), we will request no more than $100 insurance through the USPS when we mail the watch back to you. Watches shipped to APO addresses will NOT be insured for value as insurance claims on these items may not be paid by USPS.
Only one watch may be sent per box (shipment) to us.
We are not liable for damages/defects to the watch that are present when the watch is received by us, and this will be documented.
Watch gift boxes arriving with the watch will not be returned.
Failure to complete, agree to and sign the repair authorization and shipping form, and to submit this form with your watch for diagnosis and repair, will result in refusal of service, and an administrative fee of $30 will be assessed to cover the cost to return ship your watch to you. If you refuse to pay this fee, your watch will be returned to you COD for $30.
Purchaser agrees to notify BestFix Watch Company in writing via email of any problem or concern with a repair that is in process or completed PRIOR to filing a complaint with a 3rd party. Should you experience a problem with your repaired watch, please contac us immediately utilizing our exclusive warranty assistance page. Sending us your watch for a warranty evaluation allows us to quickly identify the problem and propose a solution. We have thousands of satisfied customers and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
*We do not estimate or service Replica/Novelty/Fake watches, Russian watches, or watches from customers in Puerto Rico. Any watch sent to us for a prepaid estimate which violates this policy will be returned to the customer, insured for NO value. Estimate fees will not be refunded.
SEIKO KINETIC WATCHES sent in for a kinetic repair estimate will be diagnosed to require either basic, intermediate, complete or complete plus service at our discretion. If a watch is sent in by a customer accompanied by any "pre-paid" level of service (i.e. basic service), and no estimate fee has been paid, the customer will be invoiced for our estimate fee ($25), and the watch may be diagnosed to require service in addition to the service level paid in advance by the customer. Should the purchaser refuse additional service fees, or refuse to pay the repair quote fee, no repairs will be performed, and the watch will be returned together with a refund of the repair fees paid, less a $30 charge for return shipping and handling of the watch. - Shipping & Delivery

At this time, BestFix Watch Company ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and to some foreign countries. BestFix Watch Company does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all watches mailed to or from Bestfix Watch Company is transferred to the shipping carrier. Any warranty time periods associated with your repair will be clearly stated on the email invoice associated with your watch repair. It is your repsonsibility to retain this original email invoice for any warranty-related claims. Only replacement parts and repaired items are covered by our limited warranty. Warranty does NOT cover abuse, modification (tampering), shock or water damage of any type.
To be eligible for the warranty service, you must include a completed and warranty evaluation request (available at http://www.bestfixwatch.com/Warranty_Assistance.php). We will review your request and provide you with the appropriate warranty evaluation form to complete and return to us with your watch and and a copy of your original repair invoice (emailed to you at the time you paid for service) or payment receipt (generated from this shopping cart). You are responsible for inbound shipping charges associated with warranty work. Watches arriving without this completed form and a copy of the original repair invoice may have the warranty claim delayed or denied.
